Shift: 8 Hours - Varied Shifts

Job Schedule: Part time

Weekly Hours: 12.00

Salary Range: $23.00 - $31.50

Role Overview:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver essential nursing care to patients across all age groups. You'll work in a structured care setting, strictly following Sanford's policies and procedures. Your collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, will be key in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

You will be expected to demonstrate a sound understanding of nursing principles and practices, perform necessary testing to assess patients, and interpret data to provide appropriate care tailored to each patient's unique needs. A firm grasp of medication effects and nursing skills will be essential for your success.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program and current unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • For those in North Dakota requiring IV therapy skills: successful completion of a Board approved AASPN program or an IV Therapy course sanctioned by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
  • Must maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications, as well as complete necessary annual continuing education units (CEU).
