The position will lead efforts to identify workflow challenges, implement automated solutions, and develop reporting dashboards to track key performance metrics. The team includes experienced analysts, specialists, and automation professionals who are eager to collaborate and make meaningful progress together.

The Revenue Cycle Director will be responsible for both strategic and operational outcomes. On the technical side, the role includes developing and maintaining an automation roadmap, managing data integrity, and ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory standards. On the leadership side, this individual will mentor staff, guide process improvement initiatives, and work to enhance communication between departments to strengthen overall financial performance and patient satisfaction.
