LaSalle Network is hiring an Admissions Advisor to support our client in the higher education space. The Admissions Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, helping them navigate the first steps of their academic journey. What's the job?
  • Serve as the main contact for prospective students as an Admissions Advisor, connecting via phone, email and video conferencing
  • Conduct interviews to understand each student's goals, motivations and potential barriers to education
  • Tailor conversations to highlight program benefits aligned with the student's career aspirations
  • Guide newly enrolled students through the admissions process, connecting them with financial aid and academic resources
  • Collect and process all required documentation, including admissions testing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and use networking to identify additional prospective students
What's needed?
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A passion for education and the desire to help students achieve academic and career goals
  • Strong communication skills and genuine interest in building rapport over the phone
  • Ability to craft clear, compelling written messages
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • High motivation, strong follow-through and a student-centered mindset
