Service and maintain all HVAC systems under contract with current customers while developing positive customer relationships.

- Perform skilled work in the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance work on HVAC equipment; change filters, belts, clean coils and lubricate as necessary.
- Take readings from pressure gauges, thermometers, and electrical meters to evaluate proper equipment operation.
- Read and adhere to diagrams, blueprints, specifications and manuals for installation and repair of HVAC equipment.
- Commission start-up and checkout of HVAC equipment.
- Install electrical, electronic and pneumatic controls.
- Perform brazing and soldering tasks as required for installation or repair of HVAC equipment.
- Test and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, repair and test equipment prior to placing back into service.
- Monitor and maintain clean work areas.
- Maintain and service hand and power tools related to trade.
- Complete necessary documents (time sheets, invoices) and electronic communication in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.
- Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks and maintain a clean vehicle at all times.
- Provide technical support to customers and/or technicians.
