This part-time seasonal role is pivotal during our busy seasons. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales while ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Helping customers find the perfect apparel and footwear.
• Sharing your passion and knowledge about our products.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-presented store.
• Assisting in various store tasks as needed.

To Qualify for This Role, You Must Meet These Requirements:

• Be at least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA).
• Have a flexible schedule.
• Be comfortable with technology or willing to learn.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Be able to perform essential functions of the role.

The Sales Associate role is vital for meeting sales and performance targets, adhering to store operations, and providing exceptional experiences for our customers. This position reports directly to the Store Manager and may include Stock Specialist duties when necessary.

Your Impact:

Sales & Customer Experience:

• Assist customers to achieve sales goals set by management.
• Process omni-channel transactions in accordance with Under Armour’s policies.
• Exhibit the Under Armour service culture at all times.
• Communicate brand messages to customers effectively.
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge.

Retail Operations:

• Maintain standards for merchandise presentation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Complete cash and operational processes as trained.
• Follow dress code and attendance policies.
• Fulfill scheduled work hours according to attendance guidelines.

Team Collaboration & Self-Improvement:

• Work collaboratively with team members to reach store goals.
• Engage in self-development and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Fluency in local language.
• Proficient with computers and technology.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 0-3 months of experience in retail, preferably in sports or apparel.
• Able to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift or move items up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to access all areas of the store, including selling and stock areas.
