The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at:$105,000 - $119,000.

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.

Job Summary

This position requires the ability to work mostly independently with some technical direction. Maintaining visibility on cost, schedule, performance, issues and risks related to research workload of a Branch is required. Knowledge shall be maintained and applied to all established standardized project management and business processes within the Institute. The Employee shall also understand and interpret project metrics. Also required is the ability to multi-task, ability to organize time and tasks, demonstrate skills in identifying and mitigating risks, and ability to communicate effectively with scientists, technical staff and leadership at all levels within the Institute. This Branch support position shall consist of approximately 90% project management duties as direct support to PIs, and approximately 10% program management duties consisting of collection and reporting of standardized programmatic metrics.
