Insight Global is seeking to hire a Senior Scrum Master to join our large financial technology client on a contract 100% onsite in Berkeley Heights, NJ. This team is tasked with development, testing, and deployment to onboard a new large client onto an existing financial services application, as well as support a large technical transformation initiative. This scrum master will lead 2-3 scrum teams. They will work closely with the product teams to understand development requirements for their technical scrum team. This team will work in an agile methodology with 2 week sprints.

The right candidate will have a strong technical scrum master background, and will be expected to create scrum timelines, plan sprint work, move jira stories, lead test driven development, and follow through on tickets from development to production, all within an agile environment. They should be proactive, communicative, transparent, able to facilitate meetings, align schedules, and be coaching/supportive of the team.

This role can pay up to $65/hr.

Must Haves:
8+ years of technical scrum master experience leading 2-3 enterprise level teams
Comfortable using Jira and leading an Agile methodology for a team of java and react full stack developers and QA testers
Familiar with application development and modernization project terminology, processes, and best practices
Ability to work cross functionally and lead a client facing team
Scrum Certification (CSM or PSM or SAFe)
Strong communication, escalation, and leadership
