Responsibilities- Acts as the primary interface between the project team and the client representative. The PM is the face of Audubon to the client.
- Ensures contractor complies with the scope of work as defined by the contract.
- Monitors the quality of Engineering and follows through any corrective action where necessary.
- Monitors equipment and material compliance with Company and Industry specifications.
- Participate and coordinate with Owners representatives for Engineering design and planning reviews.
- Ensures deliverables are in?line with Owners expectations.
- Scheduling analysis and optimization.
- Participate and coordinate with Owners representatives for Equipment commissioning and field verification tests.
- Participate and coordinate with Owners representatives for Operational and maintenance reviews.
- Participate and coordinate with Owners representatives for Cost/Benefit analysis.
- Provides support with all environmental and non?environmental permits.
- Assists in Construction Management of the Project.
- Assists in the Start?up and Commissioning of the Project.
- Develops weekly and monthly reporting to owner on the basis of technical and business performance.
- Creates, executes and revises project execution plans as required to meet client requirements and project metrics.
- Identifies resources needed and manages team responsibilities.
- Manages day?to?day operational aspects of assigned projects.
- Ensures that all deliverables have been reviewed, approved and signed off prior to issue to the client.
- Ensures the project team follows the Audubon standards and procedures.
- Responsible for reviewing project transactions and reporting any discrepancies on a weekly basis.
- Responsible for review and approval of invoices within a 48hr turnaround.
- Responsible for maintaining the resource planning on assigned projects.
- Manages the project budget and schedule.
- Remains completely accessible to client during the life of project and provides single point of contact, ensuring specific requests are processed timely and appropriately.
- Organizes and directs a Project Management Team of other Project Managers and/or Project Engineers.
- Education Required: Minimum of an Associates Degree AND 10 years of Relative Experience, or Bachelors Degree and 7 years of Relative Experience.
- Education/Licensure Preferred: BS Engineering, MBA, Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 7 years of industry related experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager.
- Experience Preferred: 10 years of experience as the Lead Engineer on large multi?discipline projects, Project Engineer and/or Project Manager.
- Working knowledge of scheduling techniques and software.
- Knowledgeable in cost estimating and control.
- Able to speak comfortably in a group setting.
