Role DescriptionAs a Product Manager for the Prime Video Experience Team, you will help define and build the video playback roadmap and customer experience for live video across all devices and geographies. You will participate in developing the live video strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our customer experience.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of the Prime Video customer, both existing and potential. Develop a thorough understanding of the digital video market segments, and continually assess the competitive landscape and emerging industry trends. Partner with key stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance a best in class digital video customer experience. Own the development of detailed product requirements documents. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management teams to deliver on the product roadmap. Drive projects, products, and feature launches across multiple teams.
Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning - Experience managing technical products or online services
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
