Your ImpactThe Sr Product Manager owns the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for large cross?functional and/or highly complex products. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap as well as planning and managing products and product features through the product development process. This role manages the product backlogs for a product group while prioritizing work and making product?related decisions based on the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders. The role identifies and manages projects with a high level of autonomy and partners closely with the business to understand pain points and develop go?to?market strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the vision and direction for the product, with support from product leaders, finalizing the directional path to deliver product value aligned with OKRs.
- Build OKRs for products that support portfolio and organizational objectives, navigating ambiguity and aligning with business partners.
- Work with other product managers and business leaders to understand trade?offs and prioritize features, establishing design trade?offs to drive adoption.
- Define customer/user experience that has an impact at the domain level.
- Analyze competitive trends within the product domain and identify opportunities to drive innovative customer experiences.
- Lead agile ceremonies, clarifying expectations, and enabling the scrum team to continually learn and improve.
- Engage teams to ensure products are usable, viable, and feasible; prioritize effectively and communicate user value delivery per roadmap.
- Build product advocacy and influence within the team, business partners, and directors.
- Serve as a subject?matter expert, influencing product direction and aligning partner work to achieve product value.
- Participate in product marketing to deepen understanding of the product and develop product?market?fit strategies.
- Own and drive product plans for defined scopes, leveraging data to drive alignment.
- Define objectives and required data for analytics, working independently or with partners, and use product analytics and insights.
- Define key metrics of the product and monitor its health and business impact, partnering with engineering for necessary tracking and monitoring.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Five years of experience in project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing.
- Three years of product and/or experience management experience.
- Experience in an agile software environment with strong written communication skills.
- Experience working cross?functionally in a large organization with senior leadership.
- Experience translating data into quantifiable actions and deliverables.
- Masters degree in business administration or a similar advanced degree.
- Experience providing guidance and direction to cross?functional resources.
