Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft PowerBI Senior Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise PowerBI solutions. This role involves leading technical teams, optimizing SQL databases, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership abilities to deliver impactful data visualization solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality PowerBI solutions on schedule.
  2. Design, develop, and implement PowerBI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations aligned with business requirements.
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful execution.
  4. Optimize SQL databases, queries, and data models for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  5. Provide mentorship and technical guidance on PowerBI best practices, SQL optimization, and data visualization techniques.
  6. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in PowerBI reports and SQL databases.
  7. Research and recommend emerging tools, features, and trends in PowerBI and SQL to enhance solution delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI for advanced reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Data Management and Analytics (preferred, not mandatory).
