- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage vendor and subcontractor relationships.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Lead and mentor the construction team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Director of Construction should have:
- 15+ years of construction experience
- Holds title of Director of Construction, Owner, PX, SPM, or Senior Superintendent
- Have leadership experience, direct reports Extensive background in Luxury, High End Custom Homes, project values ranging from $500k - $40M
- Proven expertise in construction management and project leadership.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Competitive salary range of $130000-$160000 USD annually.
