If you're a decisive leader with deep technical expertise and thrive under pressure, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a high-growth industry.Summary: The Senior Automation Field Supervisor is the onsite leader for hyperscale and colocation data center builds ranging from 40 MW to 200 MW. You will orchestrate multi-disciplinary technical field crews—BAS technicians, PLC Software Engineers, SCADA Engineers, low voltage electricians, and commissioning agents—to deliver fully integrated PLC, DDC, and SCADA solutions on aggressive speed to market schedules.You will oversee all execution on site, including installation, BIM team coordination, L2 install testing, L3 start-up, Level 4 functional testing, and Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing (IST) for BAS/PLC/SCADA scope.Excellent competitive benefits include sign on bonus, many choices for medical plans, Health reimbursement account, flex spending accounts, Dental and Vision plans, 401K with company match, PTO including additional paid time off during the last week of the year, life, short-term and long-term disability, professional development opportunites, tuition reimbursement, professional licensing assistance and paid parental leave following one year of employment. Education / Experience RequirementsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or related field AND:8+ years of experience with hands-on installation, testing, validation, construction management, subcontractor management, and troubleshooting of PLC-based BAS and EPMS automation systems in mission-critical buildings.RequirementsPosition Requirements (Advanced level for all the following)Multi-discipline Expertise: Background as BAS technician, PLC programmer, and / or electrical foreman—with proven skill in low-voltage terminations, conduit routing, loop testing, and network troubleshooting Project Controls: Proficient in working within construction management platforms and tools such as Procore, BIM 360/Autodesk Build, P6 or MS Project, and Power BI dashboards for field metrics.Codes & Standards: Deep familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier III/IV, NFPA 70E, NEC, ISA 88/95, ISA/IEC 62443, UL 508A.Soft Skills: Authoritative leadership, decisive under schedule pressure, clear communicator with both trades and C-suite clients.Certifications: OSHA 30, NFPA 70E Qualified Person, PMP, NICET III/IV (Industrial Instrumentation), Rockwell CREST.Skilled at using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), along with exceptional organizational skills for file managementSkilled in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detailAbility to work successfully in a remote environment thru effective communication and organizational skills, self-motivation, proactiveness, and resourcefulness in a distraction-free workspaceAbility to interpret AE construction drawings, BAS shop drawings, manufacturers' wiring diagrams, standards documentation, submittals, and product data sheetsOther responsibilities as neededTravel / Relocation RequirementsDaily travel to project sites in local region for duration of projectsWilling to work extended hours and night shifts during critical cutovers and IST windows.Up to 25% travel to other jobsite locations, this may include travel to any of the 50 US statesAdditional requirements/qualifications will be discussed and a full job description provided following a call with an Automationtechies recruiter.  To comply with some state laws, the annual base salary range for this position has been provided.
