We’re the team that helps shape these behaviors.Job OverviewAs a Chart & Medical Record Review Agent you will play a critical and important role on our Intelligent Operations team. You will work closely with an Operations Manager and other key Partner resources in extracting key data and reporting outputs required to generate clinical summary reports.ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will perform structured reviews of medical data, which may include medical record content, medical imaging, diagnostic test results and other clinical insights using established criteria and frameworks for clinical summary generation. You will be part of a team that works to ensure thorough review and the highly accurate generation of reports that summarize key clinical findings.The agent will strive to adhere to the following pillars of excellence: Safe - Ensure patient privacy and HIPAA complianceAccurate - Regular and consistent report generation reflecting dynamic and up-to-date clinical summaries while eliminating transcription errorsEfficient - Reduce processing timeQuality - Maximize and improve the quality of reports generatedImproved Experience - Support the identification and generation of clinical summary reports that helps improve the provider-patient experience You will: Work with our Partner team in managing data sets and mutually agreed upon SLAs for the customerGenerate reports using templates and other criteria set forth by the project teamsCommunicate effectively and provide insights that support program improvements and automation opportunitiesAdhere to HIPAA compliance in business activities and uphold a strict level of vigilance and confidentiality in the process Requirements: Three or more years of clinical experienceChart and Medical Record Review experienceUtilization Management experience with chart extractionWorking knowledge and experience with word processing software (Google Docs, Microsoft Word)Working knowledge and experience with spreadsheet software (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel)Working knowledge and experience with presentation software (Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint)Experience with browser based technologies which may be used to assess and review medical filesDemonstrated customer service and organizational and time management skillsAnalytical and critical thinkingWell versed in medical terminology, coding, and compliance proceduresDetail orientedStrong communication skillsActive (licensure -or- certifications): Health Information Management credentials (Degree -or- certificates) -or-Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) -or-Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) by AHIMA -or-Registered Nurse (RN) ~ Associate -or- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and a license from the state in which you work CompensationCompensation will be $14.00 an hour.
