ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Anytime Fitness is a leading fitness organization dedicated to transforming lives through health and fitness. The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, hardworking, and an outstanding representative of our brand. This full-time or part-time position requires weekday and sometimes weekend availability. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in management, customer service, community engagement and events, sales, and work experience specifically in the health & fitness industry. Preference is also given for candidates who are experienced certified trainers and able to work in a hybrid role. RESPONSIBILITIES The Club Manager is a passionate individual dedicated to helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include: Communicating effectively with team members and gym membersConducting tours and welcoming customersEngaging in community events and activitiesMaintaining cleanliness and organization of the gymManaging membership and training salesProviding exceptional customer serviceHandling opening and closing dutiesManaging communications via phone, email, text, and appMaintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others QUALIFICATIONS Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are essentialA friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanorGenuine and honest personalityFlexible availabilityTechnologically savvySelf-motivated and proactiveExperience in management, customer service, sales, and the fitness industry is highly preferredMust be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license to apply OTHER Competitive pay + Quarterly Performance Bonuses + Opportunities for Growth401k with employer contributionsFull-time or part-time hours (OT available for managers who are dual trained as a fitness trainer)Must have weekend and weekday availabilityAdditional hours based on need/availabilityCareer advancement opportunitiesPerks: gym and training membershipAdditional opportunities are available for candidates with a personal or group training certification and background JOIN US AND MAKE AN IMPACT Join our team at Anytime Fitness and be part of a community dedicated to improving lives through health and fitness.
