Responsibilities Support the sales team by taking a consultative role in supporting customers’ evaluation processes, including making architectural recommendations, troubleshooting development/configuration issues, and managing escalation to Engineering Articulate and educate on technical and architectural concepts to a variety of audiences, including developers, architects, IT operations professionals, and senior IT management Sell the value of Axway products, through multiple channels, presentations, and live/online product demonstrations Post sales, support the implementation teams in capturing the customer requirements and provide necessary architectural guidance Position Deliverables Create and deliver custom product demonstrations to support the sales cycle Perform technical discovery with customer prospects and quickly architect/build proposed solutions using Axway products Successfully manage and execute technical proof of concepts (POCs), on-site or remote Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs Collect feedback from the field, synthesize, analyze and channel to Product Management and Engineering for product roadmap Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc. Support Marketing with developer marketing and evangelism activities, including writing blogs, participating in demo-driven webinars, and speaking at industry events Develop, test and deliver integrations for customers to provide highly scalable and repeatable integrations Perform deployments of the software to customer non-production and production environments Qualifications Requirements & Preferred Skills Integration product experience is required. Must have worked with one of the integration vendors, that include Mulesoft, SoftwareAG, Boomi, Informatica, IBM, BEA, Oracle, TIBCO, etc. Integration and interface development knowledge/skills with one of the major integration vendors Experience with XML, JSON, AVRO, PARQUET, EDI, Flatfiles, JMS, Kafka, WS-*, SOA integration, API Management technologies and standards, REST, SOAP APIs, as well as DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes/helmcharts) Experience in big data technologies is plus Good understanding of HTTP, SFTP, AS2 protocols Experience responding to functional & technical elements of RFIs/RFPs Ability to code and debug against Java APIs (past experience as a Java Developer preferred) Understanding of enterprise hosted/SaaS, AWS, Azure, Openshift deployments using Kubernetes Have a deep understanding of enterprise Axway is EEO and AA employer. #LI-AM1 Options Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
