We're building futures, unlocking potential, and fueling what's possible — together.JOB DESCRIPTION:The Sr. Analyst of FP&A is responsible for providing reliable financial reporting information to Take 5 Oil Change Leadership and Finance Leadership team that is used to make decisions impacting the performance of the corporation. This role will be primarily focused on supporting the consolidation and new unit growth development for the Take 5 Segment through monthly reporting, modeling and ad-hoc support.This role reports to the Vice President of FP&A and offers visibility with the Take 5 Executive Leadership Team as well as a high level of cross-functional interaction with the Operations, Business Development, Procurement and Accounting teams.How you will Consolidation of Franchise and Company Operated brand results for monthly KPI’s and reportingReport and analyze new unit performance identifying trends and differences between storesBuild financial models to look at the impact of proposed development incentivesReview M&A underwriting Work across operations, procurement and accounting to help drive accurate inventory at a site levelAssist Company Operated (COSC) and Franchise FP&A teams during month-end close as neededConduct variance analysis on monthly and quarterly results, comparing actual performance to forecast and budgets for total Take 5 SegmentAssist in preparing presentations for the Board of Directors and senior leadershipSupport the team in ad hoc requests and quantifying financials that results in a clear message for leadershipWhat you’ll Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Accounting or Finance, preferred)3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably with a public companySelf-starter with proven abilities to effectively engage cross-functional teamsAdvanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required and experience with ERP systems Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skillsHighest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organizedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities against multiple deadlinesAble to work well with people across multiple functionsApplicants for our positions are considered without regard to race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, religion, military or veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law.#LI-GL1#LI-HYBRIDGet early access to 50% of your earned wages at any time through our program.
