A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Quality Assurance Position type: Contract Duration:12+ months Location: 800 West Trade Street Charlotte North Carolina 28202 United States (Hybrid) As a Quality Assurance, you will: The candidates must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills; and be able to demonstrate those skills to a varying level of internal external resources, to include senior leadership. The candidate should be self-motivated and be able to detect a major concern that should be escalated to management for resolution. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel. Ability to work or lead a technical team from diversified geography and culture to complete strategic planning, mission-critical design and development work. Strong results-oriented awareness, with an optimistic and enterprising attitude. Experience in diagnosing complex technical issues. JMeter experience, Leverage profiling tools (i.e. dynaTrace) to analyze and define performance characteristics of an application, recommend enhancements, and trouble shoot bottlenecks.
