We specialize in a web-based solution for thousands of schools and districts nationwide. Our content management system is packed with features designed specifically for teachers and school administrators and is a perfect fit for educational organizations of any size, from small charter schools to districts with dozens of campuses.We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.Duties and responsibilitiesGain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthCreate buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partnersDevelop product pricing and positioning strategiesTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypesScope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impactWork closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resourcesDrive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team membersEvaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyedAct as a product evangelist to build awareness and understandingRepresent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services Requirements Proven experience in product management, including a portfolio or sample workProven track record of successfully managing products across their entire lifecycleAbility to develop and effectively communicate product and marketing strategies to executive leadershipExperienced in B2C product management, with demonstrated success in increasing user engagement through new features and functionalitiesSolid technical background with an understanding of, and/or hands-on experience in, software development and web technologiesStrong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the jobSkilled at working effectively with cross functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferredPrior experience in EdTech is a plus
