We’re looking for a Lead Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge applications. If you are passionate about web application development, financial data integrity, and eager to apply your skills with the latest technologies, this opportunity is for youWHAT YOU’LL DO:Write Well-Designed Code: Develop efficient, testable, and maintainable full stack solutions that adhere to project plans and industry standards.Build REST Endpoints: Create robust RESTful services using C# and .NET Core.Database Management: Design, construct, and optimize complex MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting functions, especially for financial/accounting systems.Financial/Accounting Systems Development: Work on applications that process, report, and reconcile financial and accounting data with accuracy and compliance.Agile Collaboration: Work professionally as part of an Agile Scrum Team, contributing to team goals and supporting fellow developers.Mentor & Guide: Provide coaching and guidance to less-experienced developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a hands-on coding expert in software development, delivering solutions that meet business and financial needs.Meet Sprint Commitments: Ensure timely delivery of tasks and actively participate in sprint planning and reviews.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience:7+ years of experience in developing full stack web applications.Strong background working with financial/accounting systems or applications.Proficient in C#, .NET Core, Linq, and Entity Framework (EF).Expert-level MS SQL skills including query tuning, stored procedures, and database design.Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, or React) and UI libraries such as Bootstrap.Cloud platform experience (Azure or AWS) is a plus.Technical Skills:Ability to document requirements and specifications clearly.Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.Proven experience as a full stack developer, capable of delivering end-to-end solutions.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: Join Our Team & Make an Impact At Orion180, we don’t just meet expectations, we exceed them.
