Job Title: Product Analyst / Product Owner – Agile Scrum Location: Charlotte, NCEmployment Type: ContractPay: $50-$60 /Hr Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst / Product Owner with deep experience in Agile Scrum methodologies to join our dynamic product team. This individual will play a key role in driving business outcomes through strong collaboration with technology partners, product owners, and stakeholders. You will lead user story development, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement to shape product features that enhance both customer and employee experiences. Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and QA Engineers to translate business goals into refined product features and well-defined user stories. Drive agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews. Lead and own the user story lifecycle: discovery, documentation, acceptance criteria definition, and story validation. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and drive consensus. Analyze data and user insights to inform product decisions and improve experience design. Maintain and refine product backlogs, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities and stakeholder needs. Support sprint planning and contribute to strategic project initiatives across multiple business units. Work with operational teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of proposed solutions. Collaborate on research and analysis initiatives tied to organizational strategy and execution. Required Skills & Experience: Skill Experience Agile (Scrum) Methodology 4 – 6 Years Jira 4 – 6 Years User Story Writing 4 – 6 Years Business Analyst Experience (Agile) 4 – 6 Years Confluence 1 – 2 Years Product Ownership / Analyst Experience 4 – 6 Years Stakeholder Management 4 – 6 Years Data & Insight-Driven Decision-Making 3+ Years Experience Designing Customer or Employee Journeys 2+ Years SQL / Database Querying 1 – 2 Years Financial Services or Banking Experience 2+ Years Additional Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities. Proficiency in creating clear and actionable documentation. Passion for user-centric design and process improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or related Agile certifications.
