Then, join us and we can be great together.Contribute to projects that support the development of communitiesWe are seeking a highly motivated Structural/Civil Designer to join our team in Seattle. You will work closely with a team of experts working alongside our customers on some of North America's most significant projects.Your key responsibilities will be to:Create innovative plans, designs, calculations, and cost estimates.Solve complex engineering challenges with creative solutions.Develop technical specifications, engineering reports, and project documents.Collaborate with professionals and departments to gather project information.Conduct site inspections and take on various responsibilities as needed.Your skills. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.On top of that, you will have:Hold a master's degree in Structural Engineering or higher and either be a registered Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or be willing to obtain an EIT and subsequently a PE, with 0 to 4 years of relevant experienceParticipate in professional associations with a commitment to learningHave good attention to detail along with good judgment and decision-making skillsPossess quality planning and organizational skills combined with the ability to work in time-sensitive settings on multiple deadlinesBe familiar with various structural analysis software programs together with being proficient with the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
