Key Accountabilities (results expected to be achieved): Consistent profit growth of the service center through supporting sound business decisions, operating on brand and on time, and prioritizing continuous expansion of the customer market. Implement process improvements and structure to avoid profit loss. Lead, manage, and hold employees accountable to support their success Key Responsibilities (tasks that you do to achieve the accountabilities): Supervise service center employees which includes but is not limited to onsite and remote employees. Manage an annual budget and run operations under it – which will include an understanding of monthly projections and re-projections. Generate sales revenue by expanding the customer base along with upselling current clients. Survey all future job sites. Perform semi-skilled tasks in connection with installation, teardown and modifications of barricade and graphics Collect service center inventory on a bi-annual basis. Ensure all administrative duties are completed timely and accurately which include, but are not limited to: Processing and completing work orders. Purchase and inventory all stock items – tools, building materials and cleaning supplies to remain within the monthly budget. Review and approval of employee time sheets and all other payroll related items. New hire paperwork and applicable company orientation practices. Conduct employee performance reviews and evaluations as directed. Scheduling of employees to ensure efficiency with a cost-control mindset. Manage employees expense reports as applicable. Hire, train and motivate all new personnel with a focus of installing a high level of craftsmanship and safety. Manage care, inventory and allocation of tools, uniforms and materials provided to employees. Manage the repair, cleaning and inventory control of all barricade panels and accompanying hardware Oversee care, cleanliness, and maintenance of field fleet vehicles. Facilitate strong relationships with clients by engaging in proactive communication and providing exceptional customer service. Manage requirements of all jobs to ensure proper execution – on brand, on time. Implement safety and training programs for employees, inducing OSHA and DOT training. Protect and secure all company assets on a daily basis. All other duties assigned by supervisor. Qualities for Success: Demonstrates Core Values of Keep Your Word, Care for Colleagues, Exceed Customer Expectations, Done Right the First Time, and Think Like an Owner Bachelor's degree preferably in business, project management, building construction technology or similar field. 5+ years of demonstrated experience in commercial construction or retail project management. Possesses a valid driver's license from state of residence and a clean driving record per company standards. Ability to obtain a valid DOT medical card is a requirement. Notable experience in reading construction blueprints and store elevation drawings. Willing to learn and become skilled in Boston Retail Solutions current software programs. Proficiency in GoogleWorkspace is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines and flexible priorities. Able to properly manage time, stay organized and exercise problem solving skills. Willing to take instruction, follow company standard operating procedures, and utilize good judgment and experience to complete position duties.
