The Panther group has is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a higher education client in the New Brunswick, NJ area.   This is a full time onsite position.  Administrative Coordinator   Overview The Panther Group is seeking a friendly, energetic, and resourceful professional to provide front desk and administrative support. This role serves as the first point of contact for students and parents, manages incoming inquiries, and provides guidance to a small group of student workers. The environment is very warm, collaborative, and low-stress—ideal for someone looking for a fun, engaging role with a small team.   Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Student Support Greet students and provide assistance with common needs (passport check pick-ups, scheduling advisement meetings, general questions). Direct students to appropriate online resources or booking links. Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from students and parents. Student Worker Coordination Provide guidance and light leadership to 4–5 student workers. Ensure student workers remain engaged and productive throughout their shifts. Assign small projects and tasks as needed. Monitor clock-in/clock-out activity. Oversee small website review tasks, such as identifying broken links. Offer general support and direction for daily responsibilities. Operational & Event Support Assist with preparation for trade shows and conventions. Gather and organize supplies such as swag items, brochures, pens, and display materials. Retrieve materials from the basement (no heavy lifting required, but agility is helpful). Requirements Seeking 7 plus years of similar experience Bachelor's Degree Excel mail merge experience is a plus. Experience with Constant Contact is a bonus. Previous experience in a higher education environment preferred  Pay Rate Range: $25 to $30 per hour (Depending on experience) #INDPROF
