Our “Speak Up” and “Be Human” culture is at the heart of what it is to work with us, and we encourage everyone to bring innovation and ‘Imagination’ to the work they do. Your Role in our Mission The VP of Marketing is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on leveraging artificial intelligence, driving a successful rebranding initiative, and accelerating pipeline growth. This leader will drive cross-functional team collaboration, foster innovation, and ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Champion the integration of AI technologies into marketing operations, including campaign automation, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and personalization Evaluate and implement AI tools to optimize marketing spend, improve lead scoring, and enhance customer experienceLead the company’s rebranding efforts, including brand positioning and messaging Collaborate with executive leadership and external agencies to ensure a cohesive rollout across all channelsMonitor brand perception and adjust strategies to strengthen market presence and differentiationDesign and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive top-of-funnel awareness and generate qualified leads Partner with sales leadership to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring seamless pipeline management and conversion Own pipeline targets and report regularly on campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and revenue impactOversee resource allocation, hiring, and professional development within the marketing departmentEstablish KPIs and leverage analytics to measure revenue acquisition, campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline velocity Work closely with product, sales, and technology teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals Skills Deep understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation platforms Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field preferredA minimum of 7 years of relevant marketing experience. Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-paced growth environments preferredA minimum of 5 years of marketing leadership experience.
