If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you Responsibilities Set up, operate, and program Mazak CNC horizontal lathes to produce precision components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance and quality. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime. Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC machinist, specifically with horizontal lathes. Strong understanding of CNC programming and Mazatrol. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection tools.
