.As the Vice President/Senior Director of Outbound Sales at Xometry, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing outbound sales team of 40+. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving company objectives through effective sales strategies, team development, and customer acquisition.Responsibilities Develop and execute “high intensity “ outbound sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and market trendsRecruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of early career sales professionalsProvide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to managers and sales team members to ensure their successSet and manage sales quotas and daily performance metricsTrack sales performance and identify areas for improvementAnalyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field10+ years of sales experience3+ years 2nd line sales leadership, preferably in a marketplaceProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with CRM and sales enablement toolsStrong understanding of sales analytics and reporting Preferred Qualifications MBA or other advanced degreeProven ability to build and scale sales teamsExperience with a variety of sales methodologies (e.g., solution selling, consultative selling) #LI-Remote Here at Xometry we believe in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
