Recruitment Operations SpecialistFive Towns, NY | 80K + Incentives per CaseFull-Time, In-Office Position OverviewA fast-growing ABA therapy organization is seeking a driven, hands-on Recruitment Operations Specialist to build and lead its recruiting and case coordination operations from the ground up. You’ll work directly with executive leadership to source, train, and onboard Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring smooth case coverage and active staffing pipelines.
