The Role.The Senior Director or Vice President of Product Management for Add-On and Partner Products is responsible for vision, leadership, and execution of the company’s supplemental products portfolio, which may include partner integrations, third-party add-ons, and ecosystem solutions in addition to core platform offerings. This executive role oversees the full product lifecycle, sets strategic direction, ensures competitive market positioning, and fosters cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.The successful candidate will be a visionary, that is strategic and analytical, with a demonstrated ability to deliver innovative add-on and partner-based products that drive market success and accelerate organizational growth.What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear vision and multi-year strategy for add-on/partner offerings, aligning with company objectives and evolving market trends while identifying ecosystem expansion opportunities.Portfolio Oversight: Own the full suite of add-on and partner-integrated products, managing a cohesive roadmap that optimizes for immediate customer needs, long-term differentiated value, and ongoing partner alignment.Market Leadership: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends, discover new partnership/expansion opportunities, and secure market leadership for partner-led products.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure seamless execution, launch, and scaling of supplemental products, fostering alignment with go-to-market teams and partner organizations.Customer-Centric Approach: Integrate user and partner feedback, market demands, and technical feasibility to drive product features, enhancements, and launch strategies for add-on solutions.Team Development: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team; ensure roles, development plans, and effective resource allocation support execution.Performance & Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs for product adoption, partner engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall business impact; use data to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.Budget Management: Oversee budgets and resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of assets and maximizing ROI from partner-enabled and supplemental product lines.Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update executive leadership and C-suite partners on portfolio strategy, major milestones, product performance, and future initiatives.Innovation: Foster a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation, maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape and advances within the partner ecosystem.Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.Proven senior product management experience with a focus on ecosystem, add-on, or partner-based technology product portfolios.Demonstrable track record of success in new product strategy, development, launch, and partner engagement.Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional team-building skills.In-depth understanding of software/platform businesses, partner ecosystems, and competitive market trends.Strong executive communication, negotiation, and analytical ability.Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).Reporting & ScopeReports to the Chief Product OfficerOversees product managers and related functions responsible for add-on and partner-integrated offerings.Why you’ll love us.Work-life balance.
