Job SummaryThe Head of Real Estate Asset Management will be a key member of the real estate organization, responsible for property and asset management strategy and execution for the North American real estate portfolio. This role leads the North American Property Management (NAPM) function, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and optimizing portfolio performance.Key focus areas include:Guiding organizational priority alignment within the NAPM team and creating synergies within the broader real estate organization. Developing and leading a real estate training program. Supporting the NAPM team in complex projects and transactions.The ideal candidate will embody the entrepreneurial spirit of Circle K and live our values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Take Ownership, and Play to Win.Essential FunctionsProvide strategic clarity and direction to the NAPM team.Lead a best-in-class training program for the broader real estate organization to develop leaders and provide opportunities for cross-training and continued education.Forecast and execute on key NAPM transactional priorities, including capital raise and portfolio savings.Drive reporting in conjunction with the Data & Analytics team to track key metrics and provide real estate insights to the business units.Identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiency and standardize processes and procedures (e.g., network planning).Lead real estate support for company M&A activities.Professionally partner with key stakeholders across business units and global corporate teams to advance corporate interests.Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all real estate activities.Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. CCIM or other certification15 + years of experience in real estate or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in asset management and property management across diverse real estate portfolios.Highly organized with ability to function at a high level under deadlines with limited supervisionProficiency to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentAbility to effectively communicate with a wide range of internal/external stakeholders including senior management, landlords, attorneys, and external consultantsStrong background in market optimization strategies to maximize portfolio performance.Proficient in leading teams, including managing cross-functional collaborations.Superior communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing all organizational levelsCompetent in overseeing concurrent projects and adhering to deadlines. Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (the ADA) and all state and local disability laws.
