You’ll provide strategic direction, leadership, and accountability to all sales leaders in partnership with management companies to ensure consistent execution of Discovery’s sales system, achievement of occupancy and revenue targets, and optimization of the overall sales process.Position Highlights:Status: Full Time – Exempt Location: Remote - Must be located near a major airport. As part of the Discovery Senior Living enterprise leadership team, you’ll partner with talented leaders across operations, marketing, and business development to drive strategy and excellence in sales performance nationwide.What You’ll Do:Sales Strategy & LeadershipPartner with the SVP of Sales to develop, design, and execute sales strategies across the enterpriseProvide guidance, leadership, and management to all Sales leadership across multiple management companiesLead the implementation and adherence to Discovery’s established sales system to ensure consistent resultsOversee sales advancement initiatives that drive occupancy and net revenue performanceEvaluate sales performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement targeted solutionsDrive innovation in senior living sales through collaboration, analytics, and performance-based initiativesCollaboration & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with Capital Partner leaders to build confidence through transparent communication and results deliveryPresent monthly results, respond to sales-related inquiries, and maintain strong partner relationshipsCollaborate with Business Intelligence and Marketing teams to enhance sales optimization, lead generation, and conversion effortsAlign marketing and sales campaigns, promotions, and community positioning strategies to achieve desired outcomesOperations & Product Development PartnershipCollaborate with Operations to align sales and operational strategies, programs, and executionPresent compelling ROI analyses to support capital expenditure decisions and occupancy growth initiativesProvide sales subject matter expertise for the development and launch of new brands and products (including Choreograph and other lifestyle options)Contribute to Learning & Development initiatives by supporting sales training and enablement programsSales Optimization & IntegrationPartner with Business Optimization and Assimilation teams to guide transitioning communitiesReview results regularly, providing feedback and strategic direction to maximize outcomesEnsure smooth integration of new management company communities into Discovery’s sales structureQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; Master’s degree (MBA) preferredMinimum 5–7 years of sales leadership experience within senior living or related industriesProven success in multi-site or enterprise-level sales strategy and executionProject management experience preferredStrong leadership and team-building skills with ability to influence across functions and levelsExcellent verbal and written communication abilities; able to present effectively to executives, capital partners, and internal teamsHighly analytical with ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisionsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM softwareExceptional organization, follow-through, and time management skillsTravel up to 35% as required to successfully perform job responsibilitiesAbout Discovery Senior LivingDiscovery Senior Living is a family of companies that includes Discovery Management Group, Integral Senior Living, Provincial Senior Living, Morada Senior Living, TerraBella Senior Living, LakeHouse Senior Living, Arvum Senior Living, Discovery Development Group, Discovery Design Concepts, STAT Marketing, and Discovery At Home.
