Responsibilities : Drive growth across a diverse set of channel distribution accounts Lead joint partner planning process to develop mutual objectives and financial targets Strengthen connections with important clients and implement strategic plans for revenue expansion Implement company channel policy and provide accurate sales forecasting Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity Establish productive relationships with partner accounts and coordinate company resources Meet sales volume targets and manage POS and Inventory data #LI-BD1 Qualifications: 6+ years of Channel Management experience in electrical/industrial/test & measurement industries Strong strategic sales and prioritization skills Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to engage with people at all levels and create effective growth strategies Comfort with taking calculated risks to exceed growth targets Negotiation skills leading to mutually beneficial outcomes Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or marketing (equivalent experience accepted) Come join our diverse and collaborative company that is dedicated to inclusivity and continuous improvement.
