What You’ll Do as a Tier II Analyst: Receive, acknowledge, and analyze the best solution for the customer using NDIT's IT service management tool for all moves, adds, and changes Program software changes, name display read-outs, key features, moves or changes to existing service. Create speed call, intercom, and call pick-up groups. Constantly monitor the network, tracking potential problems in a proactive manner. Assist users with end-device problem definition. Document standard changes along with impacts of those changes utilizing standard departmental and divisional tools. Rotating on call schedule. The individual must be organized, detail-oriented, enjoy working with others in a highly collaborative environment, understand the importance of proper follow-through, have strong verbal communication skills, embody an unrelenting customer focus, understand quality assurance, and must stay abreast of current trends and changes in areas of technical expertise.
