Position SummaryThe Senior Revenue Strategy & Insights Analyst is a highly motivated, analytical individual who driveslead generation, revenue, retention, and fan intelligence reporting and insightsfor the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United FC, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium events. This role will perform complex queries, analyzing and tracking all aspects of the ticket sales journey, working directly with marketing, sales, and retention leadership to deliver insights about our fans and evaluate campaign performance. Analyzing our holistic revenue funnel across Falcons, Atlanta United, third party major events, and sponsorship, this role will build and maintain dashboards that drive the organization’s data-driven decision-making. This position reports to the Manager of Revenue Strategy & Analytics and will work with stakeholders across AMB Sports & Entertainment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations to support the business goals ofkey AMBSE stakeholdersDevelop data-drivenlead generation and lead scoring systems for season ticket leads by capturing and importing fan data, analyzing engagement with digital channels, and evaluating CRM touchpointsBecome the subject matter expert in AMBSE’s business intelligence environment, including data ETL and query work, and serve as the primary point of contact for data requests from across the businessesBuild and maintain PowerBIdashboards to drive insights for business stakeholders up to executive levelCollaborate with department leaders and be a champion of data-driven decision-makingBuild fan profiles that demonstrate tendencies, characteristics, and behaviors for season ticket prospects, members, and other key stakeholdersIdentify at-risk accounts and develop reporting strategies for proactive retentionDrive the implementation, adoption, and automation of analytical processes and insights across the AMBSE business, and continuously innovate and improve our levels of service to business stakeholdersEnable the automation of personalized fan journeys across ticket sales and marketing channels, including CRM, email, SMS, push notification, web, and paid platformsDrive insights across the ticket sales funnel, from lead generation to nurturing to conversionCollaborate with the Manager and Director of the Revenue Strategy and Analytics team to innovate continuously on new methods of fan data capture, standardization, and trend identificationAct as a primary point of contact for all database, reporting, and support needs across the AMBSE organizationIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve ad-hoc data/analytics requests using a quick response approach and sound decision making based on available facts Perform other related duties as assignedQualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Statistics, Data Engineering, or related preferred2+ years of experience in a data and analyticsrole (sports/entertainment experiencea plus)Advanced knowledge in querying databases and SQL, with strong understanding of manipulating complex tables across disparate sourcesExperience creating advanced predictive models or process automation in R/Python is a plusDemonstrated analytical aptitude, with high proficiency in Excel Strong data visualization skills; experience with data visualization software and managingreal-time dashboards(PowerBI preferred)Exceptional attention to detail, communication, time management, and organizational skills Strong verbalskills, with ability to present, convey, and collaborate on analytical findings Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Highly capable problem solver, able to work on complex problems requiring strong analytical, conceptual, and quantitative abilitySelf-starter; can develop outputs independently before requesting assistanceServant-leader mentality, with ability to build trust-based relationships with associates across the organization
