What You’ll Be Doing: The HRIS Analyst II plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our HR Information Systems, particularly focusing on Workday. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, maintain, and enhance HR systems, ensuring they align with the company's HR strategies and business objectives. System Configuration and Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize the Workday HRIS platform, focusing on Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Talent Management, Learning, Payroll, and Reporting modules. Issue Resolution and User Support: Provide efficient support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions to maintain seamless HR operations. Solution Design and Implementation: Assist in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing system enhancements or new functionalities within Workday. Data Integrity and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. System Upgrades and Testing: Participate in system upgrades, testing, and the implementation of new features or system releases to ensure smooth transitions and optimal system performance. Knowledge Sharing and Training: Provide training and guidance to HR team members and end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices to enhance overall system proficiency. Industry Awareness and Process Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HRIS, suggesting improvements or optimizations to enhance system capabilities and streamline HR processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience administering and supporting Workday HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting modules. Experience with the Workday Payroll, Learning, Performance, and Talent modules preferred. Strong Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues. Basic project management abilities with exposure to system implementations or enhancements. Understanding of HR processes, data management, and reporting requirements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Competencies: Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Talent Management, Learning, Payroll, and Reporting; adept at configuring and optimizing HRIS platforms, especially Workday. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Possesses strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot HR system issues effectively and analyze HR data for trend identification and actionable insights. Project Management: Experienced in participating in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, demonstrating basic project management skills and efficient time management in handling multiple projects. Communication & Collaboration: Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and provides guidance and support to HR team members and end-users. Attention to Detail & Data Integrity: Maintains a commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Proactively stays updated on HRIS trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend system improvements, demonstrating adaptability to evolving technology and business needs. Customer Service Orientation: Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service by promptly addressing end-users’ system-related issues and effectively meeting their needs. Ethical Practice: Adheres to ethical standards by safeguarding the confidentiality of sensitive HR data and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently ($75,000 - $95,000). Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
