You’ll oversee each step of the onboarding process including: the intake experience, getting providers credentialed with insurance companies, and ultimately taking their first appointment. You will be responsible for helping to develop a strategy for this pod, create a multi-year roadmap, and collaborate with a talented cross-functional team across sales, operations, engineering, design, and data to learn from early experiments and deliver results at scale. What you’ll do at Headway: Craft delightful, data-driven product experiences to ensure our providers can get started on Headway easily & efficiently.Evolve & expand the strategy for how we can add value to the provider onboarding experience as we continue to scale our products to new states and improve insurance company coverage.Work closely with design, engineering, data, ops and other cross-functional partners to learn quickly and ship quickly.Deeply understand and embody the voice of our providers. Compensation and Benefits: Salary information is based on a single salary target per role: The starting salary for Senior Product Manager, Onboarding is $200,000.
