In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibility Provide operational support for all Treasury & Markets products including FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives and Structured DepositsAssist in the overall management of the payment function in Hong KongCoordinate among clients, Regional Processing Centre and T&M Business Units to resolve issues with the objective of improving the end-to-end processes and customers journeyIncrease productivity through continuous workflow improvement and upskilling of the team membersWork closely with Regional Processing Centre and T&M Business Units on system projects and initiatives and on the launch of new business and productsPrepare and compile reports to regulators including submission to the Hong Kong Trade RepositoryRequirement University graduateMore than 7 years of work experience in treasury or relevant operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory position.In-depth knowledge and experience of the treasury business and the end-to-end processes of the operational supportKnowledge of Treasury and Markets business and products and SWIFT payments, relevant regulations and market practicesKnowledge on Murex is an advantageFast learner with strong self-motivation and is flexible to changeCustomer-oriented and able to manage tasks under pressureFamiliar with PC applications, technology and have a data-driven mindset.
