Project Manager

About the role:As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal part in the running, growth and development of one of our clients. In this role, you ensure the smooth running of projects through our team. You’ll collaborate closely with our Account Director, Motion Designer, Digital Designer, Writer and partner with one of the largest rural lifestyle retailers based in Nashville, TN to develop impactful content across various channels, including digital platforms, email campaigns, and more. Our on-site team will be creating social and digital content for our client's brands. What you will be doing: You will take in project briefs from our client, fleshing them out to ensure we have a clear picture of the work to be doneWork with creatives on projects to ensure work is meeting the client's briefYou will manage the flow of projects through design and artwork, creating timelines, schedules, project plans, resource planning and managing costs and budgets Support the Account Director with day-to-day tasks for the team including holiday and general admin You will also be responsible for managing team data and producing monthly information reports Open jobs, produce estimates, and POsProvide performance reportingEnsure projects are delivered in scope Comfortable with scope-based projects, and discussing/backing them into budgets with client What you need to be great in this role: 3-5 years account/project management experience in an advertising agency, marketing or equivalent.You must have had exposure working in a client facing capacity, from handling client queries, to taking full and conclusive briefs.Ability to take in client feedback, assess the best ways to move forward, not afraid to make key decisions and recommendations. Thrives in a self-directed environment, while recognizing when team collaboration is necessaryExperience as a direct liaison between the brand marketers and the creative teamWork in a collaborative manner with all agency departments and the clientCoordinate work with Off-Shore production teamAbility to communicate feedback clearly and succinctly, both internally and externallyYou should be ambitious and have a desire to progress quicklyExcellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, showcasing a curiosity for exploring its applications and potential impact.Basic knowledge in Asana.At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $70,000 - $80,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
