As a sales associate at shopSCAD, you will greet visitors to inform them about the university and shop artists. Responsibilities include shelf restocks and organization, the shipment of web orders, and receival of merchandise. You will also process sales and special orders. In addition, you will assist with opening and closing procedures.The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude. The candidate can consistently stay professional to deliver exceptional customer service to visitors. Preferred qualifications: SCAD alumni Retail experience Certificates, licenses, and registrations: Valid driver’s license Travel required: Less than 10% Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
