Job Overview: The Learning Operations Sr. Manager will oversee the operational aspects of the Learning and Development (L&D) team, ensuring the successful implementation, tracking, and management of all training programs and events. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of the learning systems and maximizing employee engagement and compliance through efficient processes. Key Responsibilities: Enrollment and Attendance Tracking: Work with Learning Specialist to ensure accurate tracking of enrollment, attendance, and feedback for all L&D programs and events, including orientation sessions, compliance training, health plan trainings, and clinical training hubs (THs). Generate and analyze reports on training attendance and participant feedback to inform future training initiatives. Training Content Management: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to keep training content updated within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training platforms. Ensure that all training materials are compliant with current regulations and best practices. LMS Roll-out Support: Lead the rollout of a new organization-wide Learning Management System, ensuring a smooth transition for employees. Develop and implement strategies to support employee upskilling on the LMS, including conducting training sessions and creating user-friendly resources. Continuing Medical Education (CME) Management: Manage the CME process in collaboration with our accrediting partners, ensuring all compliance and accreditation requirements are met. Oversee the implementation, and evaluation of CME activities to enhance the professional development of clinical staff. Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to Learning Specialist and Coordinators, ensuring their professional development and performance align with departmental goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in Learning and Development, program coordination, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of LMS systems, especially Workday, and eLearning tools with the ability to train others. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Skilled in Microsoft office suite Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outcomes. Preferred Skills: Experience with CME processes and compliance regulations. Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools for learning programs. Experience with building reports and dashboards a plus.
