We're looking for a Digital & Content Marketing Strategist who blends creativity with technical fluency, a content engineer who can not only elevate our visibility, credibility, and thought leadership across digital channels, but also has knowledge of how to make our ideas surface in an AI-first world. This role will shape how Liftoff’s story is told and discovered across digital platforms—spanning owned, earned, and paid channels—and will be a key partner in positioning our leadership and brand for long-term success. The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic, and data-driven leader with 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in ad tech and the mobile ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Global Content Strategy In partnership with the head of content and comms, set the strategic direction for global content programs and frameworks. Serve as an internal consultant for regional teams, ensuring alignment with corporate narratives and market objectives. Familiarity with generative AI tools for content production and analysis is a must. Identify content opportunities that bridge local relevance with global impact. Content Creation in an AI-First World Develop and implement strategies to ensure Liftoff content is discoverable within AI-driven ecosystems (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.). Analyze patterns in generative search behavior and adapt content to optimize for inclusion in AI results. Collaborate with data and product teams to pilot new approaches in content discoverability. Thought Leadership & Executive Visibility Partner closely with the Head of Content & Comms to design and execute thought leadership strategies for executives and senior leaders. Create a publishing rhythm across blog, social, and industry media to amplify Liftoff’s voice in the evolving adtech and AI landscape. Digital Campaign Strategy Oversee digital amplification strategies for owned and earned content, including paid social, display, and native campaigns. Optimize cross-channel performance by leveraging data and AI tools to maximize reach and engagement. Partner with performance marketing to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent messaging across funnel stages. What You’ll Bring 8+ years in content marketing, digital marketing, content strategy, or communications—ideally in adtech and the mobile ecosystem. Proficient knowledge of AI content creation and discovery (search + generative) and digital distribution ecosystems. Experience designing global content frameworks that scale across markets. Proven track record in managing paid digital campaigns and integrating analytics into strategy. Exceptional storytelling and editorial judgment, with an analytical approach to engagement metrics. Comfortable operating at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology. Location:This role is eligible for full-time remote work in Canada or one of our US entities: CA, CO, ID, IL, FL, GA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TX, UT, and WA We are a remote-first company with US hubs in Redwood City, Los Angeles, and New York City. Travel Expectations:We offer several opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including but not limited to project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events. We expect our employees to attend these gatherings at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building. Compensation:Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on the candidate's location and experience. The following are our base salary ranges for this role: SF Bay Area, Los Angeles/Orange County, NYC, Seattle/ Olympia: $125,000 to $155,000 plus bonus All other CA and WA state locations, Austin, Boston, Denver, Portland: $115,000 to $143,000 plus bonus All other cities and towns in our approved states: $108,000 to $133,000 plus bonus #LI-CM1 We use Covey as part of our hiring and / or promotional process for jobs in NYC and certain features may qualify it as an AEDT.
