We like to promote from within when we can As part of our team, you can even get a ski pass to Brighton Ski Resort for $100 (available to full time employees).Responsibilities and Duties:Wash dishes; scrape plates/pots/pans, load racks, put through machine, empty racks, etcPut away dishes, silverware and glassware in proper places and ensure organization.Maintain and replace as needed the dishwashing soap, sanitizer, and rinse productsBreak down boxes (flatten) and dispose of them in recycling container.Take out trash in dish station.Empty and clean drains in floor, sink, etc.Cleaning the dish station floors, walls, surfaces, etc.Maintain proper drying of food storage containers and other items.Assist in peeling potatoes and other basic food prep as needed.Help unloading the truck.Perform other duties as assigned.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.A good attitude * A food handlers permit (so you can gain knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen). * Endurance to walk and stand for 8 hours. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. * Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
