Lead – Programmer Analyst

JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE: Work in Insurance Domain with a focus on organizational deliverables, best practices and client management. Perform duties as Business and Application system analyst and support expert for Insurance frontend and backend applications, Rating Applications, Policy Administration Systems. Identify and resolve issues impacting business productivity and performance. Create automated solutions for repetitive tasks and integrate with business and development teams to understand impact for upcoming releases and ensure smooth production roll-outs. Maintain and manage issues using tools like BMC Remedy and ServiceNow. Analyze backend issues using tools like SQL, Splunk, SQL Management Studio, SoapUI, Putty, AbInitio and create optimized solutions or automations (using Java programming language based on applicability). Maintain onshore-offshore team integrity by managing task assignments and deliverables and communicating with business partners accordingly. Perform System Study, Feasibility Analysis, Estimations and Project Planning. REQUIREMENTS: BS (or equiv) in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronics), or related field, plus 5 years of exp in occupation involving similar duties/technical capabilities. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.
