Job Description: Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a .NET Architect in Albany, NY. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Primary development for the application. • Primary development for other projects as necessary • Provide expertise and guidance to lower-level programming staff • Assist with architectural overview of new proposed applications • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned. • Work independently with Program area staff to understand requirements of system. Mandatory Qualification: • Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system. • Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. • 84 months experience developing & deploying n-tier Web apps using web services • 84 months experience coding with C# • 36 months experience developing applications utilizing ASP .NET MVC. • 72 months development experience using Oracle and/or SQL with experience in SQL programming, stored procedures and oracle packages. • 36 months experience creating n-tiered applications utilizing Microsoft’s Entity Framework. • 36 months experience creating n-tiered applications with JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Wijmo. • 12 months experience using Responsive Web Design such as Bootstrap. • 24 months experience developing projects related to social services (for example, Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF) or accounting. • Bachelors’ Degree.
