Position Summary The OVG Alliance Intern will support the research, booking, and data collection efforts of the OVG Alliance Team. This person will gain hands on experience and learn the processes of Booking, Sales, and Marketing for major market Arenas, Stadiums, & Theaters across North America. This role pays a hourrly wage of $17.25-$22.00 This position will remain open until Sept 24, 2024 Responsibilities Support new business development efforts of all divisions (Venue Management, Food Services & Hospitality, and Ticketing & Fan Engagement) Coordinate sales packets of company information to be sent to potential and existing clients Research venues, markets, competition, etc. – compile data into organized documents and reports in the office when the RFP Response is going to ship to meet its deadline Assist in the compilation information on existing managed facilities Support development and updating of sales materials for the corporate partnership sales team Learn to manage contract and business development files Support market research and update regularly for projects; utilize the internet to find detailed information pertaining to all fields in market research template Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Open to COLLEGE juniors, seniors and grad students seeking an internship to satisfy a class credit requirement Housing/transportation are the student’s responsibility Highly developed verbal and written communications skills. Proficiency in word processing and related applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, . Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple assignments.
