*Key Responsibilities:*
As a *Hospice Executive Director (RN)*, you’ll have the chance to:
* Lead financial operations across branches, implementing effective budgeting and accounting systems that ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
* Build and maintain high-performing teams by ensuring staffing levels meet patient care demands.
* Navigate and ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party reimbursement regulations, resolving any payment or coverage issues.
* Drive operational efficiency by overseeing utilization review and continuously improving services.
* Play an active role in strategic planning for key accounts, participating in regular review meetings to ensure sustained growth and high performance.
* Ensure the accuracy of public-facing information and maintain your branch’s reputation for excellence.
* Step up in problem-solving, investigating complaints and deficiencies, and ensuring resolution.
* Lead with innovation, identifying areas for service enhancement and developing proposals to drive improvement.

*Qualifications Needed to Succeed:*
* *5+ years of Hospice Experience:* A solid background in hospice care is essential.
* *RN License:* Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of operations.
* *Leadership Experience:* Proven experience leading and managing teams within a Home Health or Hospice setting.
* *Tech-Savvy:* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Homecare HomeBase is a plus.
* *Education:* Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
* *Financial Acumen:* Strong understanding of operations and financial management in a matrixed environment.
