Location: West Chester, PA
Duration: 3-month Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Shift/Time Zone: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 3 PM, every other Saturday

About the Role: As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our company, interacting with patients and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. Your primary responsibilities include:
Phlebotomy: Accurately drawing blood samples from patients of all ages, following established procedures and safety protocols.
Patient Interaction: Building rapport with patients, explaining procedures, and answering questions to create a positive and reassuring environment.
Specimen Processing: Preparing blood samples for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records, and documentation, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:
Phlebotomy Expertise: Proven phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.
Customer Service Focus: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
Certification: Phlebotomy certification is preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.
