Desktop Support Technician
Aurora, CO
13 weeks contract.
8Hrs/day (Day shift)
40Hrs/week.
Pay: $1000/week. - $1200/week.
Must Have:
High School Diploma
Familiar with SCCM/MECM imaging processes
Familiar with Active Directory OU
Familiar with Active Directory OU and Object Creation Dell Hardware troubleshooting JAMF
Duties:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware, software, and peripherals such as printers and scanners. They diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, perform regular system updates, and ensure all devices are operating securely and efficiently. Technicians provide troubleshooting support via in-person visits, phone calls, or remote access, documenting and escalating complex problems when necessary. They also assist with network connectivity, manage user accounts, and implement best practices for system maintenance. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users are essential for success in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
* 5x8
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
Experience:
