We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. As a Dental Hygienist at 703 Dental, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch dental hygiene care and educating patients about oral health.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventive care.
* Take dental X-rays.
* Assess patients' oral health and report findings to dentists.
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventive care.
* Administer local anesthesia and perform scaling and root planing as needed.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
* Adhere to all infection control and safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:
* Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia.
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
* All experience levels welcome
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
* Proficiency in dental software and digital radiography.
