Job Description:
Are you a skilled phlebotomist looking for a challenging and rewarding career? As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet and welcome patients, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Phlebotomy: Draw blood samples accurately and efficiently, following established procedures for all age groups.
Specimen Processing: Prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records.
Verification: Verify patient demographic information and ensure proper labeling of blood samples.
Teamwork: Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to deliver quality care.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification is required (especially in California, Nevada, and Washington)
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record required
Ability to travel to multiple locations and work in various settings
